White Vans and White Marshmallows

Woke up late today, but I was determined to get my run on. Instead of the 4+ that Runkeeper had on the schedule I was only able to get in 3 miles. Three is better than zero.
And in case I'm sounding paranoid with all the pepper spray I'm packin', today I actually had to take the safety off when this guy just rolled up to slow stop about 50 feet in front of me. When I passed him, I could tell he was a delivery service or something, but I was still glad I had the spray with me. Yikes!
An odd discovery when I got home: It's kinda hard to see, it is a picture of the sweat stain from the inside of my elbow. I had no idea that I sweat on the inside of my elbow. Under my arms? Yes. Down my back? Yup. My forehead? Yes. Back of my neck? Yes. Between my boobs? Oh, yeah. This area was a new one to me. Weird.
Our regular donut shop is now my favorite donut shop because today the guy put TWO giant marshmallows in my hot chocolate. Cuz, you know, hot chocolate isn't really sweet enough hahaha. The Puff wasn't happy about being left out of the marshmallow game. Ah well, next time order the hot chocolate, sister.
This was the scene from my bedroom last night: My anxiety has calmed down considerably because I am confident we have pretty much everything we'll need for the cold weather in NY this week. It's coming up fast!

I don't mind cold weather at all and prefer it to being in hot weather. But if you're not prepared, and you're from So Cal, cold weather can be the worst feeling in the world. And I'm responsible for a second little person and that little person is sometimes worse than Goldilocks.

Have a great Tuesday!
